Lore & Background
Alucard is the son of Vlad Dracula Țepeș and his human wife Lisa Țepeș. After Lisa is burned at the stake for witchcraft, Dracula declares war on all of Wallachia, summoning a demon army. Alucard opposes his father's genocide, allying with Trevor Belmont and Sypha Belnades to stop him. In season 1, he is introduced as a mysterious figure who aids Trevor and Sypha. By season 2, he fights alongside them in the final battle against Dracula, ultimately helping to kill his father. After Dracula's death, Alucard remains in Dracula's castle, guarding it alone. In season 3, he is approached by two Japanese vampire hunters, Sumi and Taka, who seek his training; they later betray him, leading to a traumatic event. In season 4, he leaves the castle to assist Trevor and Sypha in stopping a plot to resurrect Dracula, and later reunites with his father's spirit in a peaceful resolution.

Alucard first appears in season 1, emerging from Dracula's castle to confront Trevor Belmont. He reveals his identity as Dracula's son and his desire to stop his father's war. In season 2, he joins Trevor and Sypha, training them and strategizing against Dracula's forces. During the assault on Dracula's castle, Alucard faces his father in combat, ultimately driving a stake through Dracula's heart. After the battle, he remains in the castle, isolating himself. In season 3, Alucard mentors Sumi and Taka, but they attempt to kill him, believing he is a threat; he kills them in self-defense, leaving him deeply traumatized. In season 4, Alucard leaves the castle to help Trevor and Sypha defeat Death and Varney, who seek to resurrect Dracula. He later uses a magical mirror to reunite with his parents' spirits, finding closure.
